This is a smaller location remodeled to include a small, but adequate grocery section. Product selection can be limited for some less popular items. The merchandising has a balanced approach to appeal to the college student, area residents, and tourists looking for some NAU Lumberjack gear.

The store was clean and shelves were organized. I asked an associate for assistance and they were helpful and professional. Unfortunately, one name brand item I wanted was not carried. The other item I wanted was available in singles packs, not in the variety box. I had to spend more money on the singles.

The store was clean, but it felt a little lacking as far as groceries are concerned. The produce section was especially sparse 🫤

Philip was amazing! Stopped to help three different individuals and managed each of our requests promptly, all while holding himself up from taking his break. He communicated this kindly and playfully, not grumpily, and we each tried to be quick and had a lovely moment of humanity.

Store was generally clean, but shelves in sporting goods were slightly unorganized. The 2 staff i interacted with could not have been different. One was very informative and direct, the other was slow and unsure of herself. The products I needed were in stock. Only 1 person to do the checkout process, and I was the 3rd in line, stood there for a solid bit of time waiting for my turn... I'd say almost double what I should have had to wait. I could have self checked out, but I had separate orders and I find it easier to go through the line....most of the time.
